Speedy Feet to Donate to Oklahoma Tornado Relief Efforts!!!
Speedy Feet has four events this Memorial Day Weekend. As we celebrate this weekend with family and friends and honor our military, we want to also help those whose lives have been devasted by the tornados in Oklahoma. So, for every runner at each of our four events this weekend, Speedy Feet is donating $1 to the American Red Cross Oklahoma Relief effort. Hopefully many of you come out to show your support!!!The 30th Annual West Milton Triathlon is only 3 weeks away, and there still a few spots open. New this year, awards for top teams in each category in addition to finisher medals for everyone.
Only 2 weeks away is the first Speedy Feet Wednesday night triathlon at Caesar Creek. For only $15, you can race a tri or du with a 20+ mile bike course and new for this year, points count toward your USAT Ranking! Race Info and Course Maps
There are four canoe-triathlons like West Milton and four of the Wednesday night triathlons at Caesar Creek. Both series are right around the corner.
