The Latest Speedy Feet News
Saturday marked the Anuual Oakwood 5k and 10k run. The Oakwood Run is one of my personal favorites because it is my hometown race. The 10k is a challenging, hilly course. Hard to believe the 10k Triple Crown which features fast, flat courses starts in only two weeks with Strawberry 10k Classic in Troy. You can still register for the Triple Crown. Here is Information on 10k Triple Crown which includes the Strawberry 10k, Run to the Moon 10k and Minster Oktoberfest 10kThe 30th Annual West Milton Triathlon is only 3 weeks away, and there still a few spots open. New this year, awards for top teams in each category in addition to finisher medals for everyone.
Only 2 weeks away is the first Speedy Feet Wednesday night triathlon at Caesar Creek. For only $15, you can race a tri or du with a 20+ mile bike course and new for this year, points count toward your USAT Ranking!
There are four canoe-triathlons like West Milton and four of the Wednesday night triathlons at Caesar Creek. Both series are right around the corner.
