Our next race is also in Troy, and also part of the Miami County 5k Tour. The Troy City Schools Run for Your Life is on Saturday, March 3. We hope to see everyone out there!

The following weekend is the Harrigan's 5k. Registrations are pouring in. We are expecting over 1000 runners this year. Register soon. You don't want to miss out on the fun.

University of Dayton Area is the site of the NCAA First Four again this year. On Selection Sunday (March 11), in the historic Oregon District, there is a huge First Four Hoopla... all kinds of fun activities for the entire family. One event is a 4-mile run and Speedy Feet will be there to time it...! Race starts and finishes in the Oregon District. Race is at 4:00pm.

Speedy Feet is proud to be back at the Coffman YMCA in May for the 4th Annual Coffman Triathlon. This race is a great race for the first-time triathlete. A pool swim is much less daunting than open water and the distances are relatively short. For the more experienced triathlete, you can put your off-season training to the test and see where your fitness is at. Race date is Sunday, May 13 at 2:00pm.
